Shopping
Who can shop at Carnegie Hill Cannabis Co.?
Adults 21 and older with a valid, government-issued photo ID. We check ID for every visit, pickup and delivery.
Do you have a medical program?
We’re a licensed adult-use retailer. Medical patients are welcome to shop with us as adults 21+, but we don’t fill medical certifications.
What payment do you accept?
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout on the live menu and at the register. Ask our team if you have a question before you come in.
Are your products tested?
Yes. Every product we sell is licensed by New York State and tested by an independent lab for potency and contaminants. The label shows the results.
What are New York’s purchase limits?
Adults 21+ can buy up to 3 ounces of flower or 24 grams of concentrated cannabis per day.
Pickup & Delivery
When should I come in for my pickup order?
After you get the text saying your order is ready. Bring the ID that matches the name on the order.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Manhattan, usually in about two hours. See delivery.
Can someone else accept my delivery?
No. The adult who placed the order must be there with a matching 21+ photo ID.
Is there a delivery fee or minimum?
It depends on your address, and it’s shown in your cart before you pay.
Using Cannabis
I’m new to edibles. Where should I start?
Start with 2.5 mg of THC or less, wait at least two hours before taking more, and don’t mix with alcohol. Our team can suggest low-dose options.
Where can I legally consume cannabis in New York?
Generally anywhere smoking tobacco is allowed, plus private residences. Not in cars, on school grounds, or in most workplaces. Building and landlord rules may be stricter.
Can I travel with cannabis?
Within New York, carry it in the original sealed packaging. Never take cannabis across state lines or through an airport security checkpoint; that’s a federal matter.
